  • Our Service is "As Is": Vectorise.Me is a free tool. We work hard to make it great, but we can't guarantee it will be perfect or always available. The quality of the conversion depends on your original image and settings.
  • Responsible Use: You agree not to upload anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes on someone else's copyright (e.g., don't vectorize a Disney character and sell it).
  • No Data Hoarding: We don't store your uploaded images or final vectors on our servers after the conversion is complete. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Uploaded Content & Ownership

You are solely responsible for the images you upload ("User Content"). You must own your User Content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and process it with our Service. You authorize us to process your User Content only to provide the conversion service to you.

We claim no ownership rights over your User Content or the resulting SVG files. All intellectual property rights remain with you.

You agree not to upload User Content that is illegal, infringes on third-party rights (like copyright or trademark), or is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful.

Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes to convert your images. You may not:

  • Use the Vectorise.Me website itself (our code, design, text) for any commercial purpose. This does not apply to the SVG files you generate from your own content, which you are free to use as you wish.
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software that powers our website.
  • Remove any copyright or trademark notices from our website materials.

Disclaimer and Limitations

The Service is provided on an 'as is' basis. JonkaryStudio makes no warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion results will be perfectly accurate.

In no event shall JonkaryStudio be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms. We may also modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

Governing Law
